• Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued for canceled orders and for returns due to damaged or incorrect items.
• Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Return Requests: To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as fruits and vegetables are not eligible for return unless damaged or delivered incorrectly.
